HITCircuits

This is a 50 minute high intensity interval training class using a variety of exercises.  Includes Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Kicking, Punching, Box Jumping etc. 

Hard work but a lot of fun!

Yoga

The class is Ashtanga Yoga which is a dynamic and fluid system of yoga that involves synchronising the breath to a set series of postures.

All you will need is a yoga mat to join in the class.  It is open to all levels as full instruction is given and a great workout for the entire body.
