KettleFit

Kettlebell training is different from conventional weight training because it focuses on the body's natural movements.  Classes are for 30 minutes so very easy to fit into your daily routine.

Fitness Circuits

This is a 40 minute class using a variety of circuit exercises.  It is a high intensity class but a lot of fun.

Yoga

The class is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which is a dynamic and fluid system of yoga that involves synchronising the breath to a set series of postures. You will your own yoga mat (you can borrow one for your first lesson).  This class is open to all levels as full instruction is given.
